Abhinav Chowbey's first solo exhibition

It wasn’t just family and friends congratulating artist Abhinav Chowbey for his first solo exhibition, which was held in the capital recently.
The wishes had come all the way from His Holiness, the Dalai Lama, which we saw in the form of a long white scarf that the artist was wearing around his neck. “My father had operated him in 2008 and that is how we know him.I got this scarf in the morning, and I feel blessed to have it,” said Abhinav.
While artists and art lovers came in full force to wish Abhinav, we also spotted FDCI president Sunil Sethi along with his wife Bharti, daughter Tanira, and his extended family at this event. “My uncle and aunt have come from the US and they are art lovers. So, I wanted to take them around and give them a taste of the Indian art scenario. Besides, Abhinav’s father is a dear friend, so I am here with my family,” he said.
